Overview:
The Hospital Administration Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of the healthcare facility. They are responsible for ensuring efficient and highquality patient care effective resource management and adherence to healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize healthcare delivery
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting billing and revenue management
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth and effective patient care
- Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance the hospitals performance and competitive position
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance on daily operations
- Manage facility maintenance and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare organizations and external stakeholders to promote mutual interests
- Implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Oversee human resources functions including recruitment training and performance management
- Participate in strategic decisionmaking processes with the hospitals leadership team
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among various hospital departments

Required Qualifications:
- MBA in Hospital Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration or management
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
