Key Responsibilities:
- Administer intravenous therapy in patients home
- Collaborate with our medical director to optimize patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in nursing practice
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for IV therapy administration
- Conduct regular inventory and restocking of IV supplies
- Handle medical equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Follow the HydraMed RN and Paramedic Protocols
- Adhere to the HydraMed Code of Conduct with diligence
Required Qualifications:
- A valid/unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Colorado
- 2 years of either ICU OB NICU ER Med Surg or Surgery
- BLS Card
- Proficiency in mobile nursing practices
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant medical laws and regulations
- Good physical stamina and dexterity
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Wiling and available to work in Grand Junction
