Job Description
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: 4 years in web application development with a solid foundation in computer science.
- Expertise: Proficient in System Design and building complex web applications.
- DevOps and Observability: Familiarity with DevOps practices and observability tools.
- Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript Data Structures Design Patterns and development tooling.
- 3 years of handson experience with React or similar frameworks.
- Solid grasp of HTML CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and preprocessors like SASS/LESS.
- Experience with Node.js frameworks like Hapi Express and StrongLoop.
- Familiarity with PWA Next.js Ramda and Typescript is a plus.
- Performance Optimization: Proven experience enhancing website performance for a global audience.
- Passion: Enthusiastic about performance profiling debugging and benchmarking.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for design.
- Leadership: Drive the web frontend development roadmap for both immediate and longterm goals.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to develop and deliver new userfacing features.
- Teamwork: Coordinate with team members designers and other stakeholders to ensure highquality outcomes.
- Implementation: Develop pixelperfect elegant user interfaces.
- Review: Conduct System Design and Code Reviews to ensure robust applications and prototypes.
- Code Development: Create reusable highquality code and libraries for future use.
- Performance Enhancement: Continuously improve website performance for users around the world.
- Initial Screening: Evaluate your technical skills and role fit.
- Technical Rounds: Multiple rounds focusing on problemsolving frontend development and system design.
