Position Sr UX Designer
Location Chennai

Notice: Immediate to 15 days.
Job Overview:
As a Senior UX Designer you will be responsible for designing intuitive engaging and userfriendly digital experiences. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers developers and other designers to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research including interviews surveys usability testing and competitive analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Wireframes and Prototypes: Create highfidelity wireframes interactive prototypes and detailed design specifications using tools like Figma Sketch Adobe XD or similar.
Graphic and Icon Creation: Design custom graphics and icons to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of digital products.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers developers and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is executed effectively and aligns with business objectives.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development of design systems ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests analyze results and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and workload prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends tools and best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
Education: Bachelor s degree in design or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Sketch Adobe XD InVision or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles design thinking and usercentered design methodologies.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Experience creating custom graphics and icons.
Experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability tests.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Soft Skills: Highly collaborative selfmotivated and adaptable to changing project requirements.
