UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand behavior and needs.
• Create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
• Develop personas and usage scenarios for design solutions.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback usability testing and metrics.
• Define and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Participate in user testing and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all products.
• Collaborate with marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
• Advocate for the user by crafting usercentered designs.
• Contribute to strategic decisions related to product roadmap and features.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
• Demonstrable UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Adobe XD Figma or similar.
• Experience with user research methodologies and best practices.
• Understanding of information architecture and interaction design principles.
• Knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
• Ability to create visually appealing designs with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
• Uptodate with the latest UI trends techniques and technologies.
• Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Experience in conducting user testing and translating insights into design improvements.
