Job Description

We are a worldwide talent management service offering exciting employment opportunities in an extensive range of industries.
Our Client A toptier consultancy driving the future of wireless connectivity is looking to recruit an exceptionally talented Germanspeaking Sales or Account management professional to assume the role of Lease Consultant in Dusseldorf Germany or Dublin Ireland
Location: Dublin Ireland
Work model: Hybrid after 6 months 2 days a week from home 3 days a week at the office. The training is fully onsite.
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary commissions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieving targets and enjoying uncapped commission
  • Preparing proposals and negotiating contract terms with property owners via phone calls in regards to possible setup of telecom antennas
  • Following up with property owners and getting commitments
  • Being organized and updating company s internal database
  • Thriving in an international environment alongside other talented and innovated individuals.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Professional level of German and basic English fluency
  • Enthusiastic with a desire to learn
  • Sales and negotiations background is needed
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Excel Outlook and Word
