Job Description: Painter
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
Spray painting apparatus paint brushes wire brush scraper wrench screw driver powerdriven and chain hoist. Portable or hand sander drop clothes ladder powder coating apparatus sand blaster grinder hand truck tow motor and chain hoists.
MATERIAL:
Paint powder phosphate masking tape solvents hammer paint remover.
JOB DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Works from verbal instructions or written orders to clean prepare and paint machinery machine parts or castings. Removes small guards cover plates etc. as required for complete painting. Masks and covers area not to be painted. Sets up portable spraying rivit mixes paint as required. Perform inventory counts as required.
