Job Summary
As a B2B Content Marketing Manager you will lead the development and of content strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. You will create and manage various content formats such as blog posts whitepapers and case studies while overseeing offline and online marketing initiatives like webinars and regional events. Collaborating with crossfunctional teams you will ensure content aligns with business goals and resonates with our target audience. Your role involves leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to deliver impactful content that supports our brand s objectives.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience needs. Set shortterm goals to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Content Creation & Management: Produce highquality engaging content including blog posts white papers case studies infographics and videos. Oversee editorial calendars to ensure consistent content delivery across platforms.
Channel Management: Distribute content through various online and offline channels such as WhatsApp & email marketing paid advertising regional events & webinars.
Sales Support: Develop sales collateral including case studies and presentations to support the sales team in both Sales Enablement and AccountBased approaches.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse content performance metrics. Use insights to refine strategies improve engagement and report on ROI.

Collaboration: Work closely with Growth Product and Sales teams to align content with audience personas industry trends and customer pain points.
Audience Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences and create content that resonates with their needs and preferences.
Content Optimization: Implement A/B and multivariate testing user segmentation and reporting processes to enhance content effectiveness.
Influencer & Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with industry influencers guest contributors and partners for collaborative content initiatives.
Budget Management: Manage the content marketing budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum impact.
Brand Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines tone of voice and messaging consistency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • 2 years of handson experience in B2B content marketing.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies.
  • We have a proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales growth.
  • Strong experience with SEO keyword research and content management systems.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to create highquality content.
  • Ability to create and implement effective content strategies.
  • Proficiency in analysing content performance and providing actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of buyer personas and the customer journey.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and use analytical skills to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Experience in agile marketing practices for continuous improvement of marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely and manage marketing strategies independently.
