Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries and providing chat voice and email support
- Conducting surveys with customers to understand the usage and overall experience to collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
- Troubleshooting problems and seeing them through to resolution
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
- Escalating users unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Excellent comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and address customer needs appropriately.
- Should be a selfdriven motivated and task driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from Manager and Lead.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills. English and Hindi language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Are available for a duration of 3 months work from the Office/Home
- A bachelor s degree in administration or related field.
- Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system Familiarity with Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Demonstrates conflict resolution negotiation and deescalation skills.
