Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for branding advertising and promotional materials ensuring highquality output.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions.
Develop and refine design concepts ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Oversee the production of design assets for both print and digital media including brochures packaging and web graphics.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project budgets.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of design work.
Requirements
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
Strong understanding of branding visual identity and marketing strategies.
Ability to lead the design process from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business goals.
Experience in both print and digital design with a strong portfolio of work across various mediums.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
High level of creativity attention to detail and problemsolving ability.

Timings: 6:00 pm to 03:00 am
Location: Block 06 PECHS Shahrah e Faisal Karachi.
Days: Monday to Friday

Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. At least 3-4 years of working experience in a digital project designer role. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and marketing strategies. Ability to lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. Experience in both print and digital design, with a strong portfolio of work across various mediums. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and project management skills. High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
