**Job Description:**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented EntryLevel Reservation Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will assist clients with their travel reservations coordinate with various vendors and ensure a smooth booking process. This is a remote position offering flexibility and exciting travel perks.


**Key Responsibilities:**

Assist clients with making travel reservations for flights hotels rental cars and other travelrelated services.

Coordinate with various vendors to secure bookings and confirm reservations.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records of reservations and client communications.

Keep uptodate with travel industry trends and vendor offerings to provide clients with the best options.

Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.


**Qualifications:**

Must be at least 18 years old.

Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using reservation systems and software (training will be provided).

Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is a plus but not required.
