Job Description

We are committed to delivering highquality solutions to our clients and we are currently seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to join our team and oversee prime projects within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle including drafting negotiation and management of contracts for PMO projects
  • Collaborate with project managers legal teams and stakeholders to ensure that contracts meet project requirements and are in compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Implement effective contract management processes and tools to monitor key contractual obligations deliverables and deadlines
  • Lead contract negotiations and discussions with vendors suppliers and subcontractors to achieve favorable terms and conditions
  • Analyze contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or amendments to optimize project outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on contractrelated issues and risks
  • Ensure that all parties involved in the contracts are aware of their obligations and responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate contract documentation and records
  • Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to identify and address potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients subcontractors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment with contract requirements and project objectives
  • Lead the resolution of contract disputes and claims working closely with legal counsel and project teams to mitigate risks and protect the companys interests
  • Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and regulatory changes related to contract management and propose enhancements to existing processes and policies
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices payments and financial reporting related to contracts
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on contract performance milestones and liabilities for senior management and project stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of standardized contract templates guidelines and procedures to streamline the contract management process across the PMO
  • Participate in contract kickoff meetings project reviews and other projectrelated discussions to provide contractual insights and guidance
  • Monitor and assess the performance of subcontractors and suppliers including compliance with contract terms delivery schedules and quality standards
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for project teams to enhance their understanding of contract management principles and best practices
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings risk mitigation and process efficiencies within the contract management function

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration law or a related field
  • Minimum of 13 years of experience in contract management preferably within the PMO environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex contracts and delivering successful project outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of contract law commercial terms and procurement practices
  • Excellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
  • Proficiency in contract management software and tools
  • Relevant certifications in contract management or project management (e.g. CPCM PMP) will be an advantage
