Job Description:

• 5 to 10 years experience in Develop release and maintain vehicle electrical diagrams and schematics
• Complete wire harness design generate and maintain 3D routing / 2D drawings and assembly documents for all wire harnesses harness retention electrical panels/boxes subassemblies and electrical components.
• Full lifecycle responsibility from initial design through prototype and development to job 1 product launch and series production.
• Manage project design schedule and deliverables with outside agency and wire harness suppliers to meet program milestones
• Collaborate with manufacturing to develop and refine designs for ease of manufacturing and installation.
• Support current product with harnessrelated design modifications
• Troubleshooting of ECU and wiring issues on vehicles
• Perform subsystem DFMEA analysis
• Work with other team members to develop/refine Hyzon engineering standards bestpractices and processes
• Support the development of acceptance criteria and test standards for vehicle level validation tests
• Correlate test data to vehicle level requirements to ensure vehicle electrical systems meet targets and acceptance criteria at the vehicle level
• Lead document and track harness issue resolution efforts discovered during build and validation activities
