Job Description :
- A resultsdriven professional with over 6 years of experience in calibrations maintenance and troubleshooting in regulated industries including medical devices and pharmaceuticals. Possesses strong technical aptitude and handson expertise in managing manufacturing instruments and equipment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developed and reviewed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Equipment Requirement Specifications (ERS).
- Performed troubleshooting testing and maintenance of manufacturing instruments in accordance with SOPs.
- Supported Equipment Management Programs ensuring compliance with calibration and maintenance protocols.
- Collaborated with vendors to coordinate service installation and equipment maintenance.
- Conducted root cause analysis and implemented corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
- Reviewed technical documentation such as dFMEA pFMEA and vendor manuals.
- Executed Equipment Qualification Protocols to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
