Job Description
Must possess a current and valid state RN License
Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Experience in Ventilator Management is preferred
COVID19 vaccination/boosters are preferred
Responsible for the delivery of safe patient care
Utilizes the nursing process of assessment planning implementation and evaluation
Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice
Directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel
Maintains standards of care in the Telemetry Unit
Directly responsible and accountable for the care given to assigned patients
Communicates with the physician about changes in the patients clinical condition
Must be able to quickly and accurately respond to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment.
