Are you an exceptional Program Manager with over 10 years of IT experience and a passion for fostering a positive work culture driving operational excellence and managing multiple highimpact initiatives Do you excel in communicating complex ideas solving problems and inspiring teams If so we want you to join our dynamic team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and refine reports for senior leaders.
- Establish and monitor operational metrics/OKRs.
- Manage internal communications and support key initiatives.
- Oversee budgets providing insights for financial management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and handle enterprise requests.
- Enhance PMO methodologies and lead project manager community.
- Organize and lead learning sessions and teambuilding activities.
- Support leadership events and develop knowledge management strategies.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills (written verbal and interpersonal).
- Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in teambuilding and fostering a positive culture.
- Adaptability and a focus on efficiency and improvement.
- Proven multitasking and selfmotivation skills.
- Experience with budget oversight.
- Bachelors Degree and 5 years in software development.
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (Teams Confluence SharePoint etc.).
- Agile methodology experience.
- Consulting experience with firms like Accenture EY or PWC.
- Greater Chicago Area (Hybrid)
