Our client is looking for a Business Analyst with Mortgage experience (preferably with Freddie or Fannie work exp.)

Job Description
Competencies: Mortgage Default Servicing Retail Mortgages
Experience (Years): 10 & Above
Desirable Skills:
Should have strong Mortgage experience (preferably with Freddie or Fannie work exp.)
Can interface between business and technical teams
Understands the endtoend software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience in:Requirement gatheringProcess/data flow designTechnical spec design (Web services/API)Business analysisTranslating business requirements to technical requirementsDefining project objectivesFeasibility analysisSupporting development systems integration testing and user acceptance testingCreating and documenting UAT strategies/plans and test cases/scripts
Knowledge of manual and automation testing
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in mortgage industry
Writes user stories based on businessdriven functionality as well as technical capabilities
Provides constructive support to both Product Owner and IT team in productrelated decisions
Encourages customercentric mindset for entire Modern Delivery team consistently focusing on advancing Freddie Macs mission
Supports team in development process defining technical requirements based on indepth and breath of product/business knowledge
Partners with Team Development Lead to create project/process specifications
Writes user stories based on businessdriven functionality as well as technical capabilities
Understands and proactively utilizes Modern Delivery practices
