Requirements
The Process Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing systems and equipment process maps workflows and procedures from the business point of view.
Position Responsibilities
- Work with Design team & Subject Matter Experts (Business & technology) on creating current & target state process maps
- Work with design team and Subject Matter Experts to create capability maps
- Work with design team risk compliance legal technology and subject matter experts to develop risk assessment and risk control requirements
- Work with design team Subject matter experts technology etc on documentation of requirements/acceptance criteria.
- Work within an Agile project (2 week sprints)
Financial industry experience required
Technical/Business Consulting
- Collaborates with other business units to understand current state and target state process maps and requirements for product and user experience.
- Gathers requirements for target state from other clients SME s etc
- Contributes to best practices and standards put in place by Comerica and the industry.
- Understands dependency between teams.
- Collaborates with the project teams to develop best processes/procedures
