What You Will Do
Help enhance employee performance and growth through effective performance management.
Design and implement learning and development initiatives that encourage participation and track progress.
Lead programs that promote employee engagement and foster a positive inclusive culture.
Support talent management efforts by analyzing workforce development needs.
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful and timely of People team initiatives
What Are We Looking For
Recently completed a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration HRM or a related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An eagerness to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
Basic problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
