Job Description

Bilingual Scanning Clerk Remote

Our client in the insurance industry is looking for two Bilingual Scanning Clerks to support their team with additional workload. This role offers a sixmonth contract where you will work with new systems and play a key role in processing and organizing important documents for the team.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $17.85.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Remote position: Weekdays.
Flexible schedule: Between 7 am and 6 pm.

Responsibilities:

Process and review documents attaching images to the correct requester in the Navigator system.
Handle expense reimbursements as indicated on invoices.
Establish absence management solutions for different contracts.
Search for unidentified images and manage requests to delete move or return documents.
Proactively report concerns to management for escalation.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Process emails from multiple team inboxes.
Enter data including claim forms and claims payment information into Navigator.

What you will need to succeed:

Postsecondary education (college) is required.
12 years of administrative experience.
Previous experience in imaging (an asset).
Fast typing skills (an asset).
Strong computer skills including experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Bilingual fluency in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Ability to adapt to fastpaced environments and manage heavy workloads.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
