Job Description
As a NOC Engineer I you will play a pivotal role in providing foundational support for monitoring and managing the customers core distribution carrier last mile and customer premise voice and data services. This position focuses on developing your technical skills and understanding of network operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with routine network surveillance basic system troubleshooting and documenting incidents and their resolutions.
- You will work closely with senior engineers to escalate issues beyond your scope learning to prioritize tasks in a dynamic 24x7 network operations center environment.
- Additionally you will engage in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of deployed technologies and contribute to maintaining operational documentation.
