Director of ytics

Job Overview: The Director of Analytics will lead the data strategy oversee datadriven decisionmaking and manage the analytics team. This role requires a visionary leader who can transform data into actionable insights that shape company growth. You will work closely with senior leadership product marketing and operations teams to optimize business outcomes and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to support business objectives.
• Oversee the collection organization and interpretation of large datasets.
• Lead a team of analysts and data scientists providing mentorship and career development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate analytics into decisionmaking processes.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership including dashboards and reports.
• Ensure data integrity compliance and quality control across all data initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest analytics tools technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in data analytics with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods data modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. SQL R Python) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in managing and developing analytics teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
