Job Description
Job Title: Engagement Program Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Program Manager to design implement and manage programs that drive engagement with key stakeholders customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing executing and monitoring engagement initiatives that foster strong relationships and longterm success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and track the progress of multiple engagement programs simultaneously.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication and program delivery.
- Lead stakeholder and client engagement efforts ensuring positive relationships.
- Analyze program data to measure effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on program outcomes and insights.
- Ensure alignment of engagement programs with broader company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business marketing communications or related field.
- 35 years of experience managing engagement programs or similar initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
- Experience in crossfunctional collaboration and team leadership.
Compensation:
- Salary: $70000 $90000 annually depending on experience.
