Job Description

Job Title: Director of Client Engagement Job Overview:

The Director of Client Engagement will oversee client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery client satisfaction and business growth. This role will involve strategic planning customer engagement initiatives and working closely with internal teams to align company goals with client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive engagement strategies that enhance client retention and foster longterm partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage client engagement strategies ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement client relationship management processes and communication protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales marketing and product) to align strategies with client goals.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure seamless integration.
  • Lead client presentations reviews and business development meetings.
  • Report on client engagement metrics KPIs and recommend actionable insights for improvement.
  • Foster longterm relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in client relations account management or customer success roles.
  • Proven track record in leading client engagement initiatives and managing highvalue accounts.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive client satisfaction.
  • Experience working crossfunctionally with internal teams (sales product marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client data and develop action plans.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and client management software.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $120000 $150000 annually based on experience.
