Job Summary: The Senior Engagement Director will oversee and drive our organizations engagement strategies and services. This leadership role involves strategic planning stakeholder relationship management and the of programs designed to enhance community involvement and organizational reach. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a strategic mindset and a proven track record in engagement or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the of comprehensive engagement strategies.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of engagement programs and initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including community leaders partners and internal teams.
- Monitor evaluate and report on the effectiveness of engagement activities.
- Lead and mentor the engagement services team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Collaborate with other directors and senior leadership to align engagement activities with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage budgets ensuring costeffective use of resources for engagement initiatives.
- Represent the organization at public events meetings and forums.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Public Relations Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 710 years of experience in engagement public relations program management or a related field with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
