Job Title: Senior Client Engagement Manager Job Summary: As a Senior Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships driving customer satisfaction and ensuring the successful delivery of services. You will act as a key point of contact for clients overseeing the client engagement lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support and play a pivotal role in enhancing client experience and loyalty.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong longlasting client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and inquiries
- Oversee the client onboarding process ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and drive client engagement initiatives
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and address any issues
- Manage client contracts renewals and negotiations
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings
- Monitor and report on client engagement metrics and performance
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in client management account management or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
