Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
• Create and maintain detailed reports on operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decisionmaking.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Compensation:

• Salary: $65000 $85000 per year depending on experience.
