Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role you will analyze and improve operational processes manage data and provide insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. If you are a problemsolver with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimizing operations we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decisionmaking.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel SQL or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Compensation:
- Salary: $65000 $85000 per year depending on experience.
- Benefits include health insurance paid time off and retirement plan options.
