Job Description
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Job Overview:
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the internal operations of the company identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will use datadriven approaches to optimize performance increase efficiency and reduce costs. This role is essential for driving operational improvements and supporting the growth and success of the business.
- Analyze business processes workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collect review and interpret data to inform operational strategies and decisions.
- Create detailed reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement operational changes.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress towards goals.
- Assist in process documentation and provide support for process implementation.
- Identify trends and patterns in operational performance and suggest adjustments.
- Support in budgeting forecasting and financial performance analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in operations analysis or a similar role.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel SQL etc.) and business intelligence software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Salary: $60000 $80000 per year (based on experience).
