As the VP of Product at Augmentjobs you will play a critical role in driving the product vision and strategy for our company. You will lead and inspire a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering marketing and sales teams to deliver innovative and marketleading products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking leadership skills and handson experience in product management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Vision:

   • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with the companys goals and market demands.

   • Identify and evaluate market opportunities and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation.

2. Leadership and Team Management:

   • Lead mentor and manage a team of product managers and other productrelated roles.

   • Foster a collaborative and highperformance culture within the product team.

3. Product Roadmap and Development:

   • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business objectives customer feedback and market research.

   • Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept through launch ensuring timely and successful delivery.

4. CrossFunctional Collaboration:

   • Work closely with engineering marketing sales and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth of product initiatives.

   • Act as a liaison between the product team and other stakeholders including senior management and external partners.

5. Market and Customer Insights:

   • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.

   • Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

6. Performance and Metrics:

   • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance to ensure alignment with business goals.

   • Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous product improvement.

7. Budget and Resource Management:

   • Manage the product budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives.

   • Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budget constraints.

   • 25 years of experience in product management with a track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering impactful products.

   • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.

2. Leadership:

   • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

3. Strategic Thinking:

   • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable product plans.

   • Experience in identifying market opportunities and driving product innovation.

4. Analytical Skills:

   • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive performance.

   • Proficiency in product metrics and KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement.

5. Technical Knowledge:

   • Understanding of software development processes and technologies.

   • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.

6. Customer Focus:

   • Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends with a customercentric approach to product development.

   • Experience in conducting market research and gathering customer feedback.

7. Education:

   • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
