About position

As a Technical Customer Support Advisor you will deliver toptier technical assistance to our clients through phone and email. Your role will involve supporting B2B customers (merchants) by resolving issues related to their ecommerce transactions on the platform. Youll investigate and troubleshoot payment and account concerns ensuring strong relationships with customers through prompt followup.

Yourrole

As a Customer Service Advisor your main duty will be to deliver exceptional support to customers by handling both technical and administrative queries via telephone chat and email. This will involve helping customers with the installation and setup of their terminals or online payment solutions resolving any reported issues and fostering strong customer relationships.
