Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit Banking Solutions Officerfor their Limassol office.

Position:Banking Solutions Officer

Location: Limassol Cyprus

Work model: onsite

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and emerging payment technologies
  • Identify and onboard new banking solutions to expand the organizations payment offerings
  • Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes to boost user experience and operational efficiency
  • Implement costreduction strategies for payment processing and increase transaction success rates
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment service providers to foster effective communication and collaboration
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms with payment providers
  • Oversee the integration and ongoing management of payment gateways
  • Monitor payment processing performance addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure all payment processes adhere to industry regulations and internal policies
  • Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to maintain high security standards and prevent fraud
  • Develop and implement payment policies and procedures when applicable
  • Generate regular reports on payment performance offering insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking financial services or related fields
      • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Economics or a related discipline
      • Proven experience with payment providers including integration projects
      • Strong knowledge of banking products payment services and compliance regulations
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to analyse financial data and offer sound financial advice
      • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
      • Proficiency in banking software and CRM systems
      • A strong team player able to work effectively under pressure.
