Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit Banking Solutions Officerfor their Limassol office.
Position:Banking Solutions Officer
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and emerging payment technologies
- Identify and onboard new banking solutions to expand the organizations payment offerings
- Continuously evaluate and improve payment processes to boost user experience and operational efficiency
- Implement costreduction strategies for payment processing and increase transaction success rates
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with payment service providers to foster effective communication and collaboration
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms with payment providers
- Oversee the integration and ongoing management of payment gateways
- Monitor payment processing performance addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all payment processes adhere to industry regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to maintain high security standards and prevent fraud
- Develop and implement payment policies and procedures when applicable
- Generate regular reports on payment performance offering insights and recommendations to senior management
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking financial services or related fields
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration Economics or a related discipline
- Proven experience with payment providers including integration projects
- Strong knowledge of banking products payment services and compliance regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyse financial data and offer sound financial advice
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Proficiency in banking software and CRM systems
- A strong team player able to work effectively under pressure.
