Shift Notes: FT 80 hours per pay 8 or 9 am 5:30 pm On call weekends holidays 40 hour guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend for call

OnCall Requirements: Every other weekend

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction)

Dress Code: Business casual or scrubs

• Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours
• OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates

• Physical therapy helps reduce pain and restore function and independence in patients who have undergone surgery suffered an injury are recovering from serious illness or are coping with a chronic condition.
• Our dedicated rehabilitation team uses a multidisciplinary approach combining exercise and strength training with manual therapy and modalities to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each patient.
• Treatment begins with a physicians prescription and a comprehensive evaluation by an experienced physical therapist. The therapist and patient then work oneonone following a specific plan of care designed to help the patient return to work and normal daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.

• 1 Year of Inpatient PT experience Required
• Ortho Experience Highly Preferred
• Travel Experience Highly Preferred
• Graduate of an accredited PTA institution Required
• MI PT License Required

• References NOT required.
• A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred.
• Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit it would be in the travelers best interest to provide a writeup of what happened for the managers review.
• Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above.
• Fulltime employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
