In Finland Budbee was launched in 2018 were growing and were moving fast.

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Head of Commercial for Budbee Finland to lead both our ecommerce Merchant sales and Budbee Box location development working closely with ecommerce companies retail chains and stores.
About the position Head of Commercial
As the Head of Commercial you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy forward. You will work closely with the Finland Management team and foster strong collaboration with the Global Commercial team aligning strategies and efforts to steer the business towards further success. In addition to strategic oversight you will also be handson in driving deal closures with your team. By immersing yourself in the process youll establish strong relationships with our current and new key customers.
Your role as Head of Commercial for Finland will be instrumental in shaping our commercial success in this dynamic market. With a focus on strategic collaboration talent development and handson youll be at the forefront of driving our business forward.
You will among other things:
Develop and implement the commercial strategy for ecommerce Merchants and our beloved Budbee Box locations and network in Finland.
Lead and inspire the Finland commercial team and achieve sales and expansion targets for ecommerce Merchants and Box network.
Ensure operational efficiency and cost control within the Box network adhering to agreed budgets.
Stay updated on market trends and insights within the Commercial area.
Nurture and empower a highperforming commercial team. Providing guidance and inspiration to elevate performance to exceptional levels.

As the Head of Commercial you will lead coach and motivate by setting an example for others to follow. Your ability to engage with external partners and work seamlessly within our team will be crucial for our success. We think your exceptional interpersonal skills will be pivotal in nurturing external partnerships and keeping our network strong. We need someone with a cando mentality equipped with strong problemsolving skills to address both challenges and opportunities.
5 years professional experience in sales
Experience in leading a sales team and account management to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Masters or Bachelor degree in relevant field (Business Logistics etc).
Strong strategic thinking to guide the products development and sales growth aligning it with the companys overall objectives.
Proficiency in financial management budgeting forecasting and reporting.
Adeptness in analysing sales data and KPIs to make datadriven decisions and drive sales success.
Familiarity with sales and CRM software/tools to streamline processes and maximise efficiency.
Indepth understanding of the local market conditions and trends in Finland as well as broader knowledge of the ecommerce industry.
Fluent both written and spoken in Finnish and English.
