Key Accountabilities
- Lead the EMA Global immigration client engagement team within KDN to deliver exceptional client services
- Oversee the activities of a virtual team of immigration professionals across Europe
- Oversee onboarding of new client work into the KDN model
- Be responsible for client relations and daytoday management of the engagement together with the Lead Member Firm
- Act as a first point of contact for complex matters including client escalations and service delivery issues
- Attend and lead governance meetings for engagements
- Agree set and enforce engagement service delivery standards
- Ensure consistent rollout of global initiatives and oversee continuous development of tools & processes
- Ensure the team maintains top technical & service standards and work towards standardization
- Collaborate effectively with own team and delivery operations
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Monitor financial performance of engagements and oversee billing of activities
- Ensure compliance with internal risk management procedures
Requirements
- 7 years ofexperience of relevant experience on immigration and coordination of global clients
- Strong operational and strategic global immigration experience
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build new relationships and leverage existing relationships within KPMG
- Experience in supporting and managing a global team in a virtual environment
- Experience of working with internal and external highlevelstakeholders
- Significant analytical skillset
- Selfstarter that is able to collaborate and execute on priority goals and vision
- Strong quantitative abilities
- Able to solve complex problems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and priorities multiple projects in a demanding environment
