Job Description

Altavia Kamikaze K2 is an organisation formed from the merger of Altavia Kamikaze and K2 Precise and K2 Create. The new entity combines the competences of Altavia Kamikaze a creative and communication agency with a technological DNA present on the market for 18 years; with the competences of K2 Create a creative agency with a 26year history a precursor of the digital sector in Poland; and K2 Precise specialising in media campaigns including performance SEO content and martech solutions. The companies operate under a common branding.

Your qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in developing 360 strategies and managing brands across various media (TV radio OOH internet).

  • Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. Brand24 Sotrender WARC) and the ability to translate data into effective strategies.

  • Passion for discovery keen interest in new trends and innovations in the world and business.

  • Excellent presentation skills ability to communicate clearly persuade effectively and collaborate well with clients and the team.

  • Ability to turn data into insights and insights into recommendations skilled in analyzing information and formulating actionable conclusions.

  • Proactive approach ability to find and recommend solutions that bring value to the client.

  • Skilled at synthesizing data and creating impactful presentations.

  • Flexibility in collaborating with the creative department and discussing strategy and concepts.

  • Openness to feedback ability to accept constructive criticism and apply it
  • Mandatory: knowledge of Polish language at C2 level


            Responsibilities

            • Create strategies across various channels: online offline 360 shaping the image of the largest brands in Poland.

            • Analyze interpret and extract the essence from marketing briefs develop memorable proposals and win the hearts of clients.

            • Present your ideas and passionately discuss them with clients creatives social media teams and other departments.

            • Use strategic tools to build strong and effective marketing foundations for brands.

            • Discover consumer insights deeply analyze target groups to understand what the audience truly desires.

            • Grow both the agencys and clients businesses actively contribute to growth by creating new opportunities.

            • Collaborate with the team be a thought leader.

            • Work with media houses SEO teams technology departments and other key partners.

            • Build and nurture client relationships providing them with professional support and care.
