Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Executive Chef

Location: Must live in Las Vegas of Los Angeles

Travel: 70% required in first year probably 50% thereafter. Current locations: Las Vegas Los Angeles primarily. Miami Boston NYC secondarily)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Corporate Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction for our 25 highvolume restaurants. This role requires experience across a broad range of cuisines and dietary preferences from classic fine dining to modern healthconscious trends. Experience in Asian and Mediterranean cuisine is essential. Each restaurant has its own identity so the ideal candidate should be adept at developing unique elevated menus that appeal to diverse markets. You will be a handson chef not just a manager who thrives on working closely with kitchen teams while ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Innovation: Design menus that incorporate a wide range of cuisines ensuring each location reflects both local tastes and emerging food trends. Expertise in various dietary standards (vegan glutenfree etc.) is essential.

Handson Leadership: Be present in the kitchen working alongside the team to mentor train and maintain the integrity of the dishes. Lead by example fostering creativity and collaboration.

Recipe Development: Standardize recipes while allowing room for innovation ensuring consistency across locations without stifling creativity.

Elevating Menus: Stay on top of culinary trends and incorporate them into the menu to keep offerings fresh relevant and elevated maintaining a high standard of presentation and flavor.

Operational Oversight: Streamline kitchen operations manage food and labor costs and ensure safety and sanitation compliance at all locations.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing and executive teams to develop cohesive strategies that showcase the uniqueness of each restaurants menu.

Onsite Presence: Travel to restaurant locations (up to 70% of the time) to provide handson support during highvolume events new openings and ongoing culinary development.

Qualifications:

10 years of culinary experience with at least 5 years in a multilocation highvolume setting

Proficient in creating and adapting menus for various cuisines and dietary needs

Strong leadership and teambuilding skills with a handson approach

Proven ability to stay ahead of culinary trends and elevate dining experiences

Techsavvy with experience in recipe management and kitchen systems

100% of the time on site at one of the locations. Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time

Experience in a wellknown National or Regional upscale restaurant group. Michelinstarred or James Beardrecognized restaurant experience preferred

Culinary degree or equivalent training
