Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide excellent customer support and manage inbound and outbound customer scheduling. The CSR will interact with and support field technicians ensuring smooth coordination and great customer service. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills an ability to focus on tasks and a productive work ethic.
