Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and provide input on financial forecasts and projections.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
- Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, promoting their professional development.
