Job Description
- Prepare daily journal entries.
- Analyze revenues and expenses weekly to ensure proper recording.
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations and trial balances.
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules on a quarterly basis.
- Handle invoicing and file records of revenues and expenses.
- Review and recommend improvements to the accounting system and procedures.
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual budget reports.
- Manage and execute bank transactions and transfers.
- Review accounting documents for accuracy in information and calculations.
- Maintain and monitor the fixed assets system and depreciation.
- Prepare tax reports, including WHT, VAT, and payroll.
- Close the books at year-end following the completion of the annual audit.
