Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support in German via phone email and chat.

Requirements:
- Valid work permit in Portugal (residence card or EU ID).
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support (preferred).
- Proficient in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Willing to relocate to Lisbon.
