Role Overview: Engage with highprofile clients of a leading European digital bank providing expert financial advice and introducing cuttingedge banking products with attractive returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via calls emails WhatsApp and chat platforms for banking clients in the German market.
- Handle inquiries related to banking services account management transfers and more.
- Manage backoffice tasks including email and WhatsApp correspondence.
- Promote innovative banking products while adhering to transparency and regulatory standards.
- Monitor and report anomalies in applications ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Achieve set quality standards and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Preferably a degree in Business Administration Mathematics or Law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint Access).
- Language Skills: Fluent in German at a C2 level.
Skills and Competencies:
- Customerfocused with strong empathy and active listening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to grasp new concepts independently.

Experience: Previous banking experience is advantageous.
Benefits:
- Fulltime position 38.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday (with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month) from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary of 20730 EUR gross per year.
