As the Team Lead Key Account Travel Retail & OOH Retail you will take a leading role in shaping our retail expansion into airports travel hubs and outofhome channels like vending cafes and convenience stores. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage relationships with key accounts and implement strategic initiatives that will drive revenue and brand recognition in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Travel Retail & OOH Key Account team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Develop and execute the gotomarket strategy for Travel Retail (airports travel hubs) and OOH Retail (vending machines convenience stores cafes etc.).
- Build maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts including negotiating terms contracts and product placements.
- Identify opportunities for expansion in new geographical markets and channels.
- Collaborate with marketing supply chain and product development teams to ensure optimal product launches and merchandising in the Travel and OOH retail space.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to ensure a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Forecast and manage sales budgets targets and profitability for key accounts.
- Ensure consistent and accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activity in Travel and OOH retail channels and provide insights to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage and mentor a small team of key account managers ensuring their personal development and performance align with company goals.
Your profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Key Account Management ideally within Travel Retail FMCG or OOH retail channels.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team and driving performance.
- Proven track record of growing and managing large key accounts in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
- Excellent negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Strategic thinker with a handson attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with retail operations particularly in Travel and OOH environments is highly advantageous.
