3 days from office in Larnaca / 2 days from home

Tasks
Your role:
- Administer and optimise Atlassian products (Jira Jira Service Management Confluence) across multiple teams.
- Customise Jira workflows queues schemes and Confluence spaces to align with business processes.
- Develop automation scripts using Jira REST API and Python to streamline tasks and create custom KPIs.
- Collaborate with teams to set up new Jira projects and audit existing configurations for optimisation.
- Manage and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) extracted from Jira to track performance and improve processes.
- Provide technical support user training and maintain documentation for all configurations and workflows.
- Assist with broader IT automation tasks as part of the DevOps team.
- Stay updated on Atlassian product releases and implement industry best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience administering Atlassian products (Jira Jira Service Management Confluence).
- Proficiency in Jira REST API and Python for automation scripting and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of Jira customizations (workflows schemes custom fields permissions).
- Experience with Agile ITSM or ESM methodologies and their implementation in Jira.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud) and Jira integrations.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to support both technical and nontechnical users.
- Background in DevOps IT or software development is preferred.
