Tasks

Your role:

• Administer and optimise Atlassian products (Jira Jira Service Management Confluence) across multiple teams.
• Customise Jira workflows queues schemes and Confluence spaces to align with business processes.
• Develop automation scripts using Jira REST API and Python to streamline tasks and create custom KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams to set up new Jira projects and audit existing configurations for optimisation.
• Manage and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) extracted from Jira to track performance and improve processes.
• Provide technical support user training and maintain documentation for all configurations and workflows.
• Assist with broader IT automation tasks as part of the DevOps team.
• Stay updated on Atlassian product releases and implement industry best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience administering Atlassian products (Jira Jira Service Management Confluence).
• Proficiency in Jira REST API and Python for automation scripting and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of Jira customizations (workflows schemes custom fields permissions).
• Experience with Agile ITSM or ESM methodologies and their implementation in Jira.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud) and Jira integrations.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to support both technical and nontechnical users.
• Background in DevOps IT or software development is preferred.
