Job Description
Are you meticulous organized and passionate about inventory management Affinity Services is seeking a dedicated Stock Control Coordinator to join our team and ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient stock management. Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet business needs.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in inventory records.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline stock replenishment processes.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements including receipts issues and adjustments.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in stock handling.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12/Matric certificate; a relevant qualification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Previous experience in stock control or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a teamoriented mindset.
