As a Sea Logistics Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities with a special focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will be the key account owner, managing your portfolio and working closely with the Customer Care Team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Your deep knowledge of trade lanes, sea logistics services, and industry standards will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and drive growth. Your Responsibilities
• Focus on acquiring new SME customers to grow our Sea Logistics services.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Managers to make informed pricing decisions.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations using our online tools.
• Use your deep knowledge of Sea Logistics to deliver tailored solutions and presentations.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive.
• Ensure smooth onboarding by providing detailed information to the Customer Care Team.
• Keep customer data updated in CoreLOG.
• Work with CCL managers and Customer Care Team to review and optimize customer portfolios.
• Close deals that align with customer needs and company objectives.
Your Skills and Experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of successful Sea Logistics Sales and Key account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kuehne+Nagel products, operations, and services.
