Prospecting and onboarding new Anchors for Dealer / Vendor Finance propositions

Onboarding maximum spokes under the SCF programs and ensuring optimum utilization of credit facilities

Regular engagement with anchors to spot red flags if any on specific spokes / locations etc

Diligent portfolio management to ensure minimal overdue

Cohesive working with various internal stakeholders; Risk Operations Compliance etc.

Strong credit underwriting skills to ensure high quality portfolio is buildup

Problem solving attitude with good negotiation skills

Ability to stretch oneself and work under pressure handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

Positive attitude with strong work ethic selfmotivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team

Proficient in powerpoint presentation excel sheets and note writing skills
