istant Manager - MICE

We are looking to hire an Assistant Manager MICE for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the MICE sector within the travel industry.
• Proven track record of managing and executing successful MICE projects.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute MICE strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the MICE sector targeting local and regional clients.
• Design and deliver customized MICE packages tailored to client needs and budgets.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends competitor offerings and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless of MICE events including logistics accommodation transportation and onsite management.
• Prepare detailed proposals contracts and event budgets ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the planning and of events.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on MICE activities and performance.
• Led and mentored junior team members fostering a collaborative highperformance work environment.
• Stay informed about local sociopolitical events that may impact MICE activities and develop contingency plans accordingly
