Graduate Digital Integration Engineer

Work Schedule: 4day week 32 hours (Monday Thursday)

Position Overview

The Digital Integration Specialist will play a pivotal role in bridging revenue product and teams through business automation engineering support and technical training. The role demands a high level of team interaction and handson technical support particularly in integrating various digital tools and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Automation
• Integrate marketing CRM and accounting systems.
• Utilize Office 365 productivity tools including MS Copilot (AI) to streamline workflows.
2. Engineering Support
• Implement PLM integration with Siemens Teamcenter and Innovmetric Data Loop.
• Set up and support networking infrastructure including servers.
• Manage data and version control processes.
3. Training and Development
• Provide training to maximize team productivity.
• Serve as a technical liaison with suppliers demonstrating and supporting the latest technology.
• Develop and update best practice usage guidelines for both internal and external customers.
• Support the team with customer demonstrations benchmarks training and technical presales support.
• Offer secondline support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Ancillary Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Essential:

• Graduate in a technical subject.
• Proficient in English.
• Valid driving license.

Desirable:

• Knowledge and experience of CAD/simulation software particularly Siemens NX.
• Practical competence with both tools and computers.
• Good presentation skills.
