About the Company:

Our client is a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia that operates in 4 major countries: Indonesia Philippines Vietnam and Malaysia. Targeting an emerging market with an underserved but creditworthy and fastgrowing consumer group This Company currently provides users with digital banking consumer credit digital investment and insurance brokerage services fulfilling financial needs for a wide range of customers.

The General Affair Purchasing Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daytoday operations of the companys general affairs and purchasing functions. This role requires the ability to coordinate with various teams manage expatriate visas and accommodations control office and apartment operations and handle key contracts with external service providers. The ideal candidate will have experience in banking fluency in Mandarin and proven skills in general affairs and purchasing in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the maintenance and operations of expatriate apartment units ensuring timely payments cleaning and addressing maintenance issues.
  • Control all operational expenses and maintain a monthly report on payments and expenditures related to office operations and expatriate apartments.
  • Manage the companys fixed assets monitor the condition of office facilities and oversee petty cash transactions related to General Affairs.
  • Coordinate document management including building management and apartment access and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Review and approve payments processed through the companys OA system.
  • Ensure all officerelated tasks and requirements are met promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a general affairs role preferably within the banking sector.
  • Proven experience in managing general affairs and purchasing functions in a corporate setting.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin (Chinese) to handle expatriate communication and document translation.
  • Strong organizational multitasking and team management skills.
