Job Description
SignOn Bonus: $1000!
Key Benefits:
- Schedule: Out 12 days home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Routes: OTR across all 48 states; primarily East of I35.
- Miles: Averagemiles per week determined by HOS and availability.
- Freight: ALL notouch; 5060% drop & hook; 4050% live unload.
- Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.
Truck Fleet:
- 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or KWs.
- Average haul length: Over 600 miles.
- 24/7 operations specialist support.
Compensation Details:
- Detention Pay: $12.50/hour after 2 hours.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety Mileage & Productivity (eligible the month after hire).
- SOB Payment: $500 after first load $500 at 30 days.
